These Terms govern your use of ChoicerVoicer.games. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or browser game.
ChoicerVoicer.games develops and operates the browser dubbing game and creator tools available on this site. The service lets users play ready-made Dub Packs, record timed lines, create downloadable videos and, when eligible, upload their own videos for dubbing projects.
This site is not affiliated with the separately published downloadable game bearing a similar name, its developer or its storefront. We do not sell, license or provide downloads of that separate game. Third-party names, characters, video, images, audio and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.
The browser game software and original site materials were developed for ChoicerVoicer.games. Included community Dub Packs retain their displayed creator credits and may contain material governed by separate rights. Displaying a Pack or credit does not mean that ChoicerVoicer.games owns every element in it or that a third-party rights holder endorses the service.
You retain your rights in recordings, videos and other content you provide. You grant ChoicerVoicer.games and the service providers working on its behalf a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce and deliver that content only as needed to provide, secure and support the features you request. If you deliberately create a public share link, that license also covers making the shared copy available through the link until it expires or is removed. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, record, process and share your content.
The game may request microphone permission after you press Record. Granting permission is optional. Recording, comparison, preview and compatible free-video creation run in the current browser tab. In that browser flow, individual takes are not uploaded separately. If you are not signed in, the completed free watermarked video stays on your device for immediate download and is not uploaded to account storage. If the browser cannot create the MP4 on your device, you must sign in before the service privately uploads the takes and timing information needed to deliver the result. A signed-in free result and any uploaded inputs required to create it may be retained privately for up to 24 hours after the result finishes generating. A public copy is uploaded only when you deliberately choose a share action. Public links are scheduled to expire after seven days, although third parties may download or repost them. Revoke permission in your browser settings if you no longer want the site to access the microphone.
Do not interfere with the site, attempt to bypass security, overload services, inject malicious code, automate invalid advertising activity, impersonate another person, or use the site in a way that violates law or third-party rights. Only publish a rendered video when you have the rights and permissions needed to share its voice, video, audio and other content. We may restrict uploads or remove public files in response to abuse, security or rights concerns.
The site may display clearly identified advertising. Ads do not constitute our endorsement. Do not click ads to support the site or for any reason other than genuine interest. We do not compensate users for ad interactions.
ChoicerVoicer.games sells automatically renewing monthly and annual memberships and optional one-time Creator Credit packs. Current plans, prices, included monthly credits and feature costs are disclosed on the Pricing page. An active membership is required to create a multiplayer room; invited participants do not need a membership. Creating a room costs 25 credits. Previewing, reviewing, requesting retakes, completing the room and re-downloading its finished result do not incur another room charge.
Memberships renew at the selected monthly or annual interval until canceled. You authorize the payment provider to charge the applicable recurring price and taxes at each renewal. You may cancel through the billing portal before the next renewal. Unless the payment provider or applicable law states otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the end of the current paid period; it does not create a prorated refund for time already paid. Annual plans issue their included credits monthly rather than all at once.
Membership credits are added after payment confirmation, are issued monthly and expire 30 days after each issue. One-time purchased credits expire 365 days after issue. Credits with the earliest expiration are used first. Buying a credit pack without a membership does not unlock multiplayer room creation. A built-in source-quality watermark-free MP4 export costs 5 credits. An uploaded-video project costs a fixed 30 credits for a video up to one minute. Duration is verified from the prepared audio on the server. The project cost includes transcription, line splitting, background music and effects preservation, and its first source-quality watermark-free MP4 export. Reopening, re-recording, and exporting the ordinary result again from the same project do not incur another project-preparation charge.
Prices are shown in USD. Applicable taxes, currency conversion and payment-method charges, if any, may be shown by the payment provider before confirmation. We may change future prices or credit costs. A change does not reduce credits already added to an account or retroactively change a completed purchase; material changes to a recurring price apply only as permitted by applicable law and the payment provider's notice rules.
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, membership periods already charged, used credits and completed digital video services are non-refundable. If a site-controlled processing job fails before producing the purchased project benefit, we will not treat it as completed and will restore any credits charged for that failed job when our records confirm the failure. This credit restoration is different from refunding the original payment.
For an accidental duplicate charge, an unauthorized charge, or a request concerning unused credits, contact support@choicervoicer.games with the account email and payment reference. Do not send a complete card number. Refund eligibility is reviewed under applicable consumer law and the payment provider's rules. Approved monetary refunds are returned through the original payment method when possible. Statutory cancellation, refund and chargeback rights remain unaffected.
Purchases made through an external website are separate from ChoicerVoicer.games credit purchases and remain governed by that website's terms.
Anonymous compatible browser-generated free results stay on the user's device and disappear when the page or browser clears them. Signed-in free results and any uploaded inputs required to create them may be retained privately for up to 24 hours after the result finishes generating. Paid watermark-free results and their required inputs may be retained for up to 30 days after the result becomes available. Uploaded-video projects may be retained for up to 30 days after project creation. These files may then be permanently deleted and become unrecoverable. An account may keep up to 10 free saved videos and up to 10 uploaded-video projects; each uploaded source is limited to 95 MB and one minute. Older items may need to be deleted before another can be stored. Download completed work promptly. An optional public share copy is scheduled for deletion after seven days. A third party may retain a copy that they downloaded, reposted or cached before deletion.
The site and browser game are provided on an as available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability, compatibility, accuracy and fitness for a particular purpose. Microphone and browser behavior varies by device and provider. Troubleshooting content is informational and does not guarantee a fix.
To the extent permitted by law, ChoicerVoicer.games and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the site, browser game, external purchases or loss of access. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Rights owners may contact support@choicervoicer.games with the affected URL, identification of the work or right, contact information and a good-faith explanation. We may remove or change content while reviewing a request.
We may update these Terms as the site changes and will revise the update date. Applicable law governs these Terms, and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
